Our twelve volt TV/DVD's are supplied by specialist manufacturers like Avtex with many years experience in the Motorhome/Motorcaravan market and most are HD Ready plus ALL our sets have FREEVIEW built-in. As well as 12v TV/DVD combinations we have 12v TV's that can be powered from 12v/24v DC and 230v AC mains.
12 VOLT CONNECTIONS - IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
All our 12 volt TV's are supplied with 12v leads / regulated power supplies that terminate in a cigar plug. For safety the cigar plug usually has a glass fuse to protect the TV - TV/DVD. Most TV's designed and manufactured for use in a Caravan or Motorhome like the Avtex range have a 12 volt regulated power supply housed within the cigar plug moulding. If you cut the cigar plug off and change to a different type of plug you are invalidating your warranty and putting your new 12v TV at risk.
