DESPATCH:
All orders are despatched by Parcel Carrier Next Day Service and we publish the information below as a guide to normal despatch time scales for in stock items. Please note however that orders may take longer to be despatched at peak times. Please allow up to three working days. If you have specific delivery requirements please contact our sales team who will accommodate you where possible.

Orders placed Monday-Thursday AM despatched the same day.

Orders placed Monday-Wednesday PM despatched the next day.

Orders placed Thursday PM-Sunday despatched the following Monday excluding Bank Holidays when Tuesday.

All orders are despatched via City Link, a parcel carrier service and a signature will be required upon receipt. The delivery could arrive any time during the day. Timed services (i.e.AM or PM) are available at extra cost, please contact our sales team for a quotation.

Due to the ever increasing amount of Credit Card Fraud we only accept on-line orders where the Invoice, Delivery and Card Registered Addresses are the same. This is to protect both our customers and ourselves. If you require delivery to a different address (i.e. you are in full time employment) please place your order by phone and we will try to accommodate your needs.

CARRIAGE CHARGES:
Orders with a value below £100 will be subject to our standard carriage charge of £10 that covers packaging and carriage by carrier. Orders with a value of £100.00 or more will be sent with no carriage charge. If you return any item that was sent carriage free then we reserve the right to deduct carriage charges from any refund.
